Our Novice course is specially crafted to develop your child’s fascination and love for the English language. Through innovative and
engaging lessons, we will nurture your child’s oratorical and literacy skills so that they will be able to communicate and express themselves
articulately with confidence. This course is created to aid your child to prepare for upcoming admission tests to their dream schools, in a
warm, approachable and sheltered learning environment.

Over the course of the program, students will:
Be taught to understand and respond to common English commands
Be taught how to introduce themselves and give personal information
Be taught how to give physical descriptions of things by various properties and traits
Learn how to respond to basic greetings
Build their vocabulary (Animals, Body Parts, Family Members, Colors, Transportation, Emotions, Names of Places, Fruits and
Vegetables, Occupations,etc)
Learn nouns, basic pronouns, adjectives and verbs

Understand and respond well to basic English phrases and commands
Be able to recognize and and articulate the names of people, animals, places, food, transportation, household items and more
Be able to read simple English words, phrases and sentences with fluency and confidence
Be able to express themselves and introduce themselves eloquently and with confidence
Be prepared for the Interview and English Admission Tests to attend their dream International School in Singapore
