  • Located in the middle of downtown Hamilton, New Zealand's largest inland city, WIE is convenient and attractive, and is close to everything Hamilton has, including cafes, shopping, theaters, gardens, libraries, quiet riverside trails, and Hamilton Lake.Our class has an average of 6-8 students and a maximum of 15 students. It provides an intimate environment while improving students' abilities and allows them to focus their personal attention on what they really need. Experienced teachers and government-approved courses, small classroom staff, downtown locations, competitive hagwon fees and student-centered approaches, WIE will do the best value money can.There are six levels of classes in the morning, afternoon, and evening, and private lessons are available at any time, and there are various courses for adults and children, such as general English, IELTS/OET, and English for nurses and high school entrance. The WIE campus has neat, modern, air-conditioned classrooms, spacious student public rooms, pocketball and table tennis tables, satellite TV, student kitchen, multimedia computer rooms, comfortable lounge, resource library and free Wi-Fi.


Course Information

  • Focus of Study :
    Classes have a fun, practical focus and focus on all areas of speaking, learning, reading and writing. Class work is theme-based: activities are focus on a weekly or bi-weekly topic, usually following the English course book syllabus, so that students can develop useful vocabulary and share ideas in group discussions. English grammar and structure are introduced progressively and used in class communication activities. Students also receive cross-cultural training to help you become accustomed to New Zealand life quickly and easily.

    Curriculum :
    The morning class will develop students’ grammar, reading and writing skills to high school standards. It will cover general and specific vocabulary needed for a variety of subjects.
    The afternoon class will practice the oral, listening and study skills.
    On Friday afternoon, students will learn how to adapt to a New Zealand learning environment through individual and group assignments.
    Free pronunciation class every Thursday after 3pm.
