  • Academic Entry Requirement

    Those who are under 20 years must have:

     A minimum of 14 numeracy credits at Level 1 or higher in Mathematics or Pangarau on the National Qualifications Framework; AND 50 credits at Level 1 or above with at least 12 credits each of three subjects plus a minimum of eight literacy credits at Level 2 or higher in English or Te Reo Māori; four credits must be in Reading and four credits must be in Writing or equivalent to the above;or New Zealand University Entrance; or Successful completion of Level 5 New Zealand Diploma in Business

     

    English Language Entry Requirement

    Learners who have English as a second language must have an International English Language Test System (IELTS) score of 5.5 with no individual band score lower than 5.0 in a single test event, TOEFL Module-Based Test (pBT) Score of 550 (with an essay score of 5 TWE), TOEFL Internet-Based Test (iBT) Score of 79 or higher (with a writing score of 20), University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations FCE or CAE with a score of 47 or higher, and/or NZCEL Level 4 with academic endorsement or the equivalent; orcomplete two years study at a New Zealand secondary school and achieve either NCEA Level 3 or New Zealand University Entrance or both
