Changes from short-term contracts to long-term contracts are not permitted in principle. Only when a vacancy occurs can contract with the difference of the long-term application fee be paid.
The term of the dormitory contract is one year. If the contract is renewed after one year, there is a renewal fee for one month of dormitory fee.
