PINES was established in June 2001 and the first campus is in Cooteesan Plaza Hotel, and the second campus is in Chapis Hotel, holding over 400 students from all over the world. We provide classes that focus on each individuals progress and development. We are aiming to open the new doors for students to follow the new path of international business through acquiring English skills. PINES has gone through many trials with the best teachers and faculties. With our know-how, we established classes that make students improve on Presentation, discussion, communication and debate. We focused on the practical use of English. Many students get lagged behind after few weeks of studying, so we are assessing the students every week so they know their progress and weaknesses to improve on. We are not only making students study English, but also making students socialize with international students from all over the world with different background and culture. We hope that the time students spend in our school is appropriate and beneficial to themselves and the society.
Focus of Study : PINES Sparta Speaking program is focused to improve speaking level. It has 4 different English categories (Reading, writing, listening and speaking). It is well organized so it will improve your English dramatically. It is different from just memorizing classes, we help students to practice by speaking out loud and reading out loud, so students can maximize their English skills.
Benefit, Goal of this course : This course went through several trials to master how students learn the best. We offer individual attention so students can improve gradually. Strengthening the weakness is the key to balance all reading, writing, listening and speaking.
Curriculum : English Speaking Basics: Learn how to express one's idea and feelings through repetition English Communication Basics: Improve speaking and listening at the same time. Learn more sophisticated vocabularies to use in daily English Intermediate English Communication : Fix to keep the balance among reading, listening, writing and speaking. Plus more practical theories to reduce grammar mistakes Higher English Communication: To speak like a native and achieve fluency in speaking. Study deeper knowledge to elaborate with speaking

PINES International Academy provides dormitory rooms that are suitable for 2-3 people.
Double Room Triple Room
To provide balanced meal, the dormitory gives 3 meals a day and to improve the quality of food and meal, there are Korean cooks.
Surrounding Area
Bagio is located in 1500m high area so the weather is cool with the breeze without the air conditioner. Also, it is well known for the travelling sites as well. However, it doesn't contain any harmful activities such as casinos. Students will be able to focus in their studies. When students get tired of studying, they can go to the beach nearby. It is only an hour by car. Students can enjoy the beautiful beach and the ocean sports. There are also other travelling sites for students to visit. It would be a wonderful experience.
Facilities
PINES main campus has supermarket, bank, Korean pharmacy, Korean dentistry, massage shop etc for students' convenience. Also there are Gymnasium, Pure Gold Supermarket, Metro Bank, beauty salon and DIY shop nearby.
Activity
We run special programs for students to raise their skills to communicate with foreigners. We have programs for students to get involved in a voluntary activities to help others in the country. Students can practice English and carry out the volunteer work simultaneously. During week days, students can focus on their studies and in weekends, with relatively inexpensive fees, they can enroll in all kinds of activities we provide here.
