PIHMS has a full-time Student Support Coordinator, on-campus, and available to students when required. Support services include counseling, career development program, job placement, learning, and language support. There are endless indoor and outdoor leisure activities on the campus. There are various courses available at PIHMS. There is a certificate course in the English language for people who want to learn English as an additional language. This course focuses on reading, writing, and speaking skills. There are diploma and degree course level 5, 6, 7. This includes a paid internship during the study and placement.
The graduate diploma in hospitality and tourism management is for 1 year. Postgraduate diploma in hotel management level 8 provides students with advanced knowledge and skills in business planning, management, and finances. Finally, Masters of Hotel Management aims to offer students with an overall knowledge in hotel operational activities

For the first two years of the degree program its compulsory to live on site in the PIHMS accommodation.

**This rate is based on a 40 weeks stay. The rate for students who stay less than 40 weeks is $310 twin share, $410 single room per week.

Your bed, pillow, sheets, duvets, towels and facecloths are provided by PIHMS.

Your room will be kept spick and span, serviced twice a week by the housekeeping team –cleaned, dusted, vacuumed and bed made.
During this service your bedding and towels will also be replaced with a clean set. If you require a fresh towel sooner, this is available on request from the housekeeping department.
Free Wi-Fi
Wifi is free and available in each room and throughout the campus.
Shared facilities
Students will have access to coin operated laundry facilities on each hotel floor, $2 per load. 100% of this revenue goes to the PIHMS Student Association. Irons and ironing boards are also provided free of charge.
Dining
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided week days, with brunch and dinner provided during weekends; these meals are included in the accommodation fees.
