ATC was founded in 1973 and since then we have been providing Quality English Language programmes for students of all ages from across the world.
ATC is owned and managed by three people who are passionate about delivering high quality English language programmes. We have two year round schools in Ireland, Bray and Dublin and one in Winchester, UK. In addition, we are one of the largest providers of junior summer programmes with 8 locations across Ireland.
We offer a wide range of English courses for students of different ages and levels of English, all of which are approved in Ireland by Quality and Qualifications Ireland for English Language Teaching (ELT) and in the UK by the British Council and English UK.
ATC are members of, and accredited by, the leading associations in the international education sector, including ACELS, EAQUALS, MEI, Quality English, British Council and English UK. Our English courses, which are taught by fully qualified teachers, have an international reputation for academic excellence.

The curriculum is designed to develop a student’s overall level of English, focusing on all of the key skills of reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar and vocabulary. The teachers work alongside the course objectives and use methodologies such as Task Based Learning (TBL), Communicative Language Teaching (CLT), and Co-operative Language Learning (CLL). Each class has two teachers, exposing the students to different teaching styles.
Classroom Hour :
Intensive English (26 hours) - 09:00- 13:30 Monday- Friday + 14:15-17:15 Tuesday and Thursday
