TLG mainly uses inductive teaching approaches, also known as “inquiry” or “discovery” teaching. The teacher is a guide. It is a more student-centered method. It is called the “Communicative Approach”.
Whether students are at Elementary or Advanced level, General German classes helps develop their communicative confidence when using German in a wide range of everyday situations. General German covers the four skills of reading, writing, speaking and listening, combining this practice with vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation.
Benefit, Goal of this course : This course equips students with the confidence to use German in everyday social situations. Students will also be able to progress onto more specialised Business German and TestDAF courses.
