For Iserlohn campus, there is the apartment house located at the opposite side of the university. The building was used as an office building until autumn 2016 and it's completely renovated at the end of 2016. It's converted into an apartment building, There are 29 apartments in a room size of approx. 24-39 qm with spacious bathrooms with shower/WC, each apartment has a storeroom. Furthermore, on the 1st floor there is a common room and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers (use with coins). The apartments are equipped with satellite TV and internet connection.
- A barrier-free apartment is offered in a room size of approx. 50qm with correspondingly large bathroom. A stair lift is available.
- Parking lots as well as parking lots for bicycles are available on the nearby total parking lot.
- The apartment house is managed by a professional property manager (caretaker service on campus)
- The rental costs are around EURO 15/ qm

- Signal-lduna Stadium Dortmund is the largest football stadium in Germany and it takes only 1 hour from the campus.
