Accommodation
You can choose to stay in a guest house in Devon. There is a choice between single and double rooms, which all have a private bathroom. Double rooms can only be booked by students who travel together, however. Breakfast is included in the price. Rooms are cleaned daily. Bed linen as well as towels are provided and changed daily. The language school, city center and the nearest supermarket are all within 5-10 minutes’ walking distance. Please note: Check-in between 10:00 and 22:00.
You can also book accommodation with a selected homestay in Devon. You can choose between a single or double room, and there is full board: breakfast and dinner with the family, and a packed lunch. The advantages of this accommodation are clear: you can practice the English you learned in class and therefore continue learning. Some homestays are near the school, while others are reachable by bus. It is necessary to purchase a bus ticket. Your satisfaction is particularly important to Sprachcaffe. In order to select our homestays in Devon we therefore use the following criteria: Shortest possible distance between the school and the homestay A single or double room must be available Standards and level of comfort should conform to standards typical of the country The availability of the hosts plays a major role Full board must be offered Please note: Check-in between 10:00 and 22:00.

Our school is located by the main square of the town of Exmouth, where the river Exe flows into the sea at the “English Riviera”. All leisure facilities, shops and restaurants and, of course, the Atlantic coast are within easy walking distance. The nearby cafes on Town’s Square invite you in for a relaxed chat. A personal and friendly atmosphere with an international feel awaits you at our English school in Exmouth. The teaching program is very flexible and is supported by our professional teachers who welcome any questions which the language students may have.
