Founded in 1964, Regent is a well-known
educational institution that seeks to provide quality language training for its
students. There are 6 different locations (campuses) for the institution, and
people of all ages and nationalities come to England for this renowned
educational course. The reason there are 6 different campuses is that students
can experience different culture and environment depending on the location.
Regent has a very strong academic program, but instructors and staff are very
friendly and understanding for students. All Regent branches are approved by
the British Council, and it is also a member of English UK (national
association of accredited English instruction centers).
Benefit, Goal of this course : Instructors are always encouraging, and try to build students’ confidence rather than criticizing their mistakes. Also, students will be able to learn cultural differences and immerse in English speaking environment as they take part in various extracurricular activities on the weekends. There are multiple school-organized events every weekend for students’ entertainment.
Curriculum : The program focuses on assistingstudents at any language level. Instructors will concentrate on developingcommunicational fluency, building confidence, and comprehension. There will beclasses for speaking, grammar, reading, writing and listening. Students willhave 33 in-class lessons (30 hours) per week in combination with 3 hoursstudy workshops, and will be placed in one of 9 levels.

Accommodation
Regent only offers Homestay option. Through Homestay
experience, students will be able to enjoy living in the environment where they
can freely practice speaking English and understand American culture. Other
than Homestay, students will also be able to live in a private apartment;
however, students should individually organize off-campus residence. Students
should apply for housing as soon as possible, since the number of Homestay space
is limited.
Surrounding Area
The school is
located in Hove, a small, cozy seaside town in the south of England. However,
it is also located right next to a larger city called Brighton which is known
to be popular to tourists and to have beautiful sceneries. The school has two
beautiful main buildings with seafront, and the campus is peaceful and safe.
Brighton and Hove have been known as one of the most integral educational
center, and Brighton has hosted Europe’s leading political conferences. The
city has diverse exciting events that will never cease to surprise students.

Activity
There are different events including Cinema night,
Football games in the park, International Food Night for cultural awareness,
