Beijing Film Academy provides dormitories for international students. There are two types of rooms which is room for share (two in total) and room for one person. In the room, there are personal toilets, telephones, and air conditioners.There are public kitchen, laundry room, canteen, and counter in the building. - Dormitory deposit: 200元/semester - Laundry room: located on the sixth floor. 50 元 (including 20 元 deposit), 3 元/1 times - Electric and water fees are included. - Internet: ADSL, 120元/1 month - Phone: connection fee 100元, IP card will be used.

- Shopping mall: Odo-gu Market is located about 5 minutes away. - Restaurants: There is an restaurant for international student right in front of the residence. - Mart: Carrefour is available in Junggwanchon.
