Founded in 1916, SAIT is the Canada’s first publicly funded institute of technology and the largest polytechnic post-secondary institution in Calgary, Canada. SAIT offers 1-year certificate programs, 2-year diploma and applied degree programs, and 4-year baccalaureate degrees – all eligible for PGWP. SAIT Residence is located in the northeast corner of the main campus, boasts two modern high rises with four different floor plans, and features one bedroom apartments; four bedrooms shared quads; two-bedroom units and studio suites.

The facilities are equipped with recreation and study lounges, on-site laundry facilities, shared studio art space and 24-hour security. Utilities are included; internet, heat, electricity and water, and units come fully-furnished. Live in a community of students where friends and classmates are just a door or two away.
