The English Intensive Program (EIP) at the University of Ottawa is designed to build your confidence and help you acquire the language skills, academic abilities, and intercultural knowledge you need to succeed, both in your undergraduate or graduate program and on a personal level. You'll be given the tools to develop your reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills to effectively understand and communicate ideas in the academic context. With your classmates, you'll benefit from the many opportunities to practice your English inside and outside the classroom.
