SEA was established in 2001 and is located just 100m from beautiful Manly Beach surrounded by shops, cafes and bars, reflecting a real cosmopolitan environment. There are 8 air conditioned classrooms, kitchenette, sunny lounge area, free wifi and computers.
SEA have excellent friendly teachers who work hard to deliver professional and fun English classes but also go out of their way to create a genuine family atmosphere throughout the school. Our teachers are carefully selected on the basis of their qualifications, experience and most importantly their enthusiasm to deliver dynamic lessons. You will never be bored during your stay at SEA.

Homestay accommodation is managed by the school. Samantha Milton (Co SEA Director) has managed our homestay program since the school was founded in 2001. SEA is renowned for the high quality of our local homestay families.
We know that having a friendly and supportive local homestay is a major part of your experience in Australia and this is why we take so much care in finding the best possible family for you. There is a choice of two student residence options. Both have the choice of single, twin or dormitory rooms. One is located just a 10 minute walk from school and 2 minutes from Manly Beach.
Surrounding Area
Manly Beach is one of Australias most famous beaches. It is where Australia’s first surfing world champion was crowned and is often thought of as the home of surfing.It has village atmosphere and so it is a safe and relaxing place to begin your stay in Australia.
It has a beautiful long beach and many coves and bays where you can expore before or after class. We like to keep things local so our accommodation is all local in fact many of our students ride their bikes to school from their homestay or hostel accommodation.
There is an abundance of cafes, shops supermarkets and bars within the Manly area and most importantly it is only a short ride to the Opera House and downtown Sydney on Sydney’s famous Manly Ferry.
Activity
Each Tuesday and Friday afternoon or evening there will one of 30 different social activities on offer. It’s a great way to make friends and discover the local area and all it has to offer.
