If you have paid for our transfer service, a greeter will be waiting for you in one of two places at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX):
1) Outside of the Customs area exit: the greeter will wait here if you went through customs at LAX Airport.
2) Outside of the Baggage Claim area: The greeter will wait here if you already went through Customs in another US city before arriving on a connecting flight to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
Please look for a greeter holding a Kaplan sign outside of Customs or the Baggage Claim area.
You do not need to pay but you can tip the driver if you would like.
If your flight schedule has changed, if you missed your connecting flight, if you need help meeting the transfer service, or if you have any other emergency, please contact the center's emergency number:

Independent Transfers If you have not paid for the transfer service, you should take a taxi. A taxi to the center will cost approximately $60 USD plus a tip for the driver (approximately 15% of the total fare).
