Conditional Admission
TLC supports students' transfer to other universities via conditional admission under the assumption that students pay all applicable fees and submit the required documents before the official processing. Conditional admission applications cannot go over two per student. Required documents include completed and signed TLC APS Screening/Release Form, Institution admission application, financial documents, immunization records, recommendation letters and much more. Please refer back to the website in order to get a set list of required documents. Students who have completed TLC Level 9 will receive a waiver on their TOEFL requirement.

TLC offers its unique home-stay program. With experienced, welcoming host families, students will find the greatest opportunity to enhance their English skills and experience the local culture. The host family will provide ride to school each day as well as all three meals and a private bedroom. TLC Dallas/Fort Worth also has the university housing option. Students can choose to live in Texas Wesleyan University's dormitory which is close to the TLC center. Each suite has a shared kitchenette, living room and bathroom. The last option is off-campus housing for students who prefer more independence and privacy. TLC will help students make arrangements at these furnished, recently-built apartment complex.

As the ninth most crowded city in America, Dallas is a large economic center with its population of 6,645,678. The city is known for its barbecue, authentic Tex-Mex cuisine and frozen margarita. The Arts District in downtown includes Dallas Museum of Art, Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center and Nasher Sculpture Center. The most notable event held is the State Fair of Texas, an annual event held at Fair Park. Other events include the Red River Shootout and Cotton Bowl.
