The apartments include a shared kitchen and there are several restaurants and a Supermarket within a short walking distance. Min Age: 18 Key/Damage: $25.00 Description: 2013 Temporary Summer Meal Adjustments ONLY applicable to Sessions 6, 7 and 8: • Seacobeck Hall on UMW campus will be closed on May 27th (Memorial Day) and July 4th But will be open Monday- Friday during the following hours beginning May 20th through July 26th : • Breakfast from 7:00 am to 8:30 am • Lunch from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm • Dinner from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm • For students living on-campus, the summer housing at UMW Apartments offers a kitchen with full cooking facilities and a refrigerator. Center will also provide weekly shuttle trips to a local supermarket. The UMW Apartments are located adjacent to the University of Mary Washington main campus, across William Street and within a short walking distance from the ELS Center and Eagle Village Shopping Center. Each apartment is fully furnished with free cable TV and Internet access and has shared living area and kitchen so students can prepare their own meals. A supermarket is located within a 10 - 15 minute walk from UMW Apartments to Eagle Village. Students share responsibility for cleaning their apartments with other ELS residents. • Private bedroom and bathroom • Individual apartment-controlled heat and air conditioning • Internet access • Free cable • Furnishings including dining table, dining chairs, couch, coffee table, beds, dressers, and • desks and chairs • Full kitchen, including stove, refrigerator and dishwasher • All inclusive room charge - no separate charges for electricity, trash removal, cable, water, etc. Amenities Include: • Supermarket, banks and restaurants are conveniently located within walking distance to nearby Eagle Village Shopping Center. • Downtown Fredericksburg can be reached either by walking, biking, or by local FRED bus service.

Location: Eagle Landing (Not available Session 6, 7, 8 of 2013) University of Mary Washington Fredericksburg, VA 22401 Room Type: Double Meals: No meals included Min Age: 18 Key/Damage: $25.00 deposit Description: All residence halls are equipped with bathroom suites, laundry rooms, vending machines, kitchens, TV rooms, lounges, study lounges and recreational space.
Homestay
Location: Homestays in the area Room Type: Single Meals: 14 meals per week Min Age: 16 Key/Damage: None Description: Host family students are responsible for their personal transportation. Most students arrive at the campus by bus. Some families are close and provide bicycles for our students. Some families are also within walking distance of the campus.

Location: South Hall - Overflow Housing 1301 College Avenue Fredericksburg, VA 22401 Room Type: Double Meals: Meals are not included, but there are many restaurants, campus cafeteria and eateries, and a supermarket within walking distance from the dormitory. Min Age: 18 Key/Damage: N/A Description: Shared double occupancy rooms offered on-campus. All residence halls are equipped with bathroom suites, laundry rooms, vending machines, kitchens, TV rooms, lounges, study lounges, and recreational space. Students also have free access to the fitness center, library, cafeteria and snack bars and other amenities on campus. |
