Homestay accommodation offers a friendly and welcoming environment. Students can choose to stay in a private or a twin room, breakfast is included. Towels and bead linen are provided and laundry facilities are available for students for use. Distance to school: there are no families within walking distance of the school. Homestays in New York are located in all five boroughs - Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island. EC New York also has a few homestays in some parts of New Jersey. Homestays in Manhattan are at a higher price than homestays in other areas of New York, and only offer bed and breakfast. The average journey to school is 60 minutes (longer for some homestays) by public transport.

A, 学校は多様な文化と娯楽の中心地、 世界的な都市ニューヨークの中心部に位置しており、 授業内容は、長期割引コースを含む一般英語のほかに、TOEFL対策コース また、ビジネス英語を学びたい方向けのコースと、充実しており、 自分の目的に合ったコースで幅広く学ぶことが出来ます。
I studied
General English course for a year. The main reason that I chose EC New York
campus was the good location. The school was so near the Time Square, Grand
Central station and Madison Square Garden. There were so many restaurants too,
these scenery just gave me the “American” impression, which I loved. Furthermore,
Teachers here were really kind.
When I first
arrived to America, I was shy to speak to the natives because I was so
accustomed to Japanese English that I wasn’t very confident with. It could have
been a big stress, but thanks to cheerful teachers encouraging me to not give
up led me to succeed in learning English. Now I have no problem with English
communication in my daily life. Thanks you EC institution for boosting up my English
and my confidence at the same time!
