Many students take A.A. or A.S. courses after completing the ESL program.

Surrounding Area
Southern California has a lot of things to see and do! El Camino College is located in Torrance, California. The school is located near Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, and Hermosa Beach. The climate is mild and the average rainfall is about 38 centimeters per year.
Los Angeles has a variety of activities that can satisfy everyone, such as famous attractions (Beverly Hills, Hollywood), international venues/rest areas, art galleries, science museums, cultural centers, and sports facilities (bicycle paths, surfing, skiing). There are also many shops and shopping areas where you can shop.
The amusement park in Southern California is the best in the world. Disneyland, Universal Studios, and Court's Berry Farm are all an hour's drive away. Six Flags Magic Mountain, Wild Animal Park, and Sea World also take an hour to two hours to drive. It may be hard to believe that all of this is around, but there are Arrowhead Lake and Big Bear mountain resorts. El Camino College and Southern California are waiting for you. El Camino College and Language Academy offer a complete education service for all students. ECC Bookstore: There is a bookstore on campus where all services are available. Counseling Service: International students meet counselors every semester to decide their majors, take the right classes and get information about universities in California. ECC Library: Excellent research facilities including learning resource centers, free tutoring services, and computer rooms. Campus activities & services: There will be college fairs, job fairs, campus clubs, soccer & baseball and a variety of activities every semester.
