No meals included. However, ELS students are eligible to use the RU Express plan. It is not a traditional meal plan, but is a stored balance card that can be used in the campus dining facilities and also in local eateries that accept this form of payment. One dollar of RU Express is equivalent to one US dollar. The amount of meals the plan will cover depends upon the funding amount chosen for the card.

Description:
Each apartment has four single bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen, one vanity area, and one living room. Each single bedroom will be furnished with a twin extra-long bed and mattress, dresser, desk, desk chair, and closet space. Each kitchen will have a flat-top electric stove, refrigerator, trash can, and recycling receptacle. Each living room will be furnished with a three-seat sofa, two sitting chairs, and one coffee table. Each living room and single bedroom will have individual controls for the building's central heating/air conditioning system. Hard-wired telephone service is not available. ELS students will have full access to all of the common area residence hall amenities, which include its fitness centers, computer labs, laundry rooms, study lounges, and gathering spaces.

The Camden Waterfront, also known as the Central Waterfront, is a tourist and entertainment district in Camden, New Jersey on the Delaware River. The Cooper Grant historic District, a contemporary residential neighborhood, is listed on the US National Register of Historic Places.
