The institute comprises four campuses, namely Sutherland campus, Cobourg campus, Haliburton campus, and the Frost campus. Sutherland campus is the main campus which is located in Canada. This campus features athletic sports fields, state-of-the-art teaching facilities, residence buildings, the Kawartha Trades and Technology Centre, green space, and more. The campus provides all the facilities required by the students. It is close to restaurants, cafes, departmental stores, and chemist shops. Students face no inconvenience at the campus. After 2000, the institute decided to expand its campus area because of the increasing number of enrolments.
