Curriculum :
Students in the program take a set schedule of English as a Second Language classes, designed by ESL at University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Students do not choose their own classes.These integrated core classes are for students planning to study in an American college or university as well as for those who just want to improve their English language skills. Each class meets for two hours per day for a total of four hours per day or 20 hours of classes per week. Studies are done through courses that focus on academic and social language. Integrated skills courses that incorporate reading,writing, listening and speaking are the core classes of the program.
