  • HCC is certified by the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) to issue the Form I-20 that is needed to apply for the F1 student visa or status to study English in the USA. You have a goal: to earn a degree in the U.S. that will be recognized worldwide, to advance in your profession, or to experience the growth that comes from learning a language while being immersed in a new culture. About the  Howard Community College

  • Howard Community College (HCC or Howard CC) is a public community college in Columbia, Maryland. It offers classes for credit in more than 100 programs, non-credit classes, and workforce development programs. In addition to the main campus in Columbia, courses are also held at two satellite campuses. The HCC main campus is located in Columbia, MD and is made up of 14 buildings, including a Welcome Center,located 35 minutes south of Baltimore and 50 minutes north of Washington, D.C. There are satellite campuses in Laurel at the Laurel College Center (LCC) and Training & Development Solutions Center.

Course Information

  • If you want to study English full time, our English Institute (EI) offers a full-time program for F1 international students and U.S. residents. Study 18 hours a week, receive special advising and support, and take part in activities to meet new friends as well as improve English skills.
