Course Information

  • You will improve your pronunciation skills for effective communication. The course is designed to help you develop fluency, clarity, and understanding of spoken English through study and practice of pronunciation that can be difficult for students from most language backgrounds. Speech recognition technology is used in this course to assess your pronunciation skills and provide opportunities for you to practice American English sounds, intonations, and rhythm.

    This course will help you:

    - build fluency and confidence in speaking in English.
    - develop effective listening skills and acquire a broad range of English vocabulary.
    - improve your accuracy in the production of phonetic sounds.
    - speak with appropriate stress and intonation patterns.
