  • The University of North has five campuses and is an hour away from Atlanta There is an English language training center on the Dahlonga Campus, where 18,000 students live in a very small city of 6,000 students, and if you study in this center, you can enter a regular university without TOEFL scores Also, the annual tuition fee is $7336, which is very cheapNursing, education, business, film & digital majors are famous, and the deadline for the fall semester is June 1st and the deadline for the spring semester is November 1st.

Course Information

  • Focus of Study :Speaking & Listening, Reading & Writing, English Structure and Grammar

    Creativity and Critical Thinking: In college, the ability to critically analyze arguments has become important, not to memorize information. This skill is evaluated equally in a professional setting. It is a class that develops creative thinking and problem-solving skills that can successfully solve future challenges. This class prepares students to develop the social, team-building, leadership, and personal skills necessary for a successful college life.


    University Skills: This course is designed to help international students develop advanced skills and strategies needed to succeed in college courses and professions. This class includes how to manage time, organize, set goals, and improve your study skills. Through this class, students can talk about and prepare for the challenges they will face after graduating from college. Students will read the text on various strategies for success, participate in group discussions, write short speeches, and make presentations.

    Reading Group: It is designed to help international students develop advanced skills and strategies needed to develop university-level reading comprehension. The curriculum consists of reading magazine articles, annotating various topics, summarizing, and sharing opinions. Students should read articles and be ready to participate in small group discussions before class. You also have the opportunity to lead the discussion by selecting articles and preparing discussion questions.

    Benefit, Goal of this Course :  95% of English Education Centers are admitted to UNG

    English Level: Beginners are not allowed to enter because only two levels are available.
    Intermediate students can understand most questions and sentences at normal speaking speed. In most social situations, conversations with native speakers can be continued. However, fluency and accuracy can be weak in one or more areas. Intermediate-level students not only practice English in meaningful conversations, but also prepare for their studies gradually.

    Advanced Level
    Advanced students can use accurate and fluent English, including reading and writing. Their English skills are almost ready to start full-time studies. Advanced-level students learn how to make presentations, read academic texts, take academic lectures, and write academic and short research papers.
    Opening day: twice a year for programs in August of spring semester and 16 weeks of September of fall semester
