  • Stockton University is a public college located on 810 hectares of a beautiful and pristine national reserve, with protected wildlife, lakes, fields and pine forests. The university offers Bachelor's and Master's degree programs as well as some select pre-professional and accelerated dual degree programs. The founding educational philosophy of interdisciplinary learning is empowered by the School of General Studies, where every faculty member is required to teach in addition to their own field of specialty. Student-centered learning is a core value, with more than 80% of students engaging with faculty in independent research or study, small class sizes and a student-faculty ratio of 18:1.

Conditional admission

  • With over level 112 in ELS, students can be accepted to Bachelor and Master's programs. Both Undergraduate and Graduate schools issue a CLA to students.

    Description:
    Many homestays are located in Galloway Township; some are conveniently located in neighboring towns near campus. Homestay students are responsible for their personal transportation. Most students take a short bus ride to the Center. No placement will be more than 45 minutes travel from the Center.

    Description:
    Residential Hall 4 was built in 1999 and houses students in 4-person apartments where 2 students share a bedroom with lofted beds. Students have access to a full size refrigerator and furnished kitchen (electric ovens), couch, upholstered chairs, closets, dressers, desks, central air condition and heat, wireless Internet and basic cable TV.Reserve by:Reserve through ELS Central Admissions at the time of the application. Housing deposit is required to reserve.





Surrounding Area

  • Stockton is located in the southern part of New Jersey on a national reserve, surrounded by 810 hectares of pine forests, lakes and fields. Students may golf on one of two championship golf courses, walk, run or bike through protected pine forests and spot native wildlife, borrow a canoe and explore Lake Fred or hang out on the shore at the Oasis by the lake. It is located just 15 minutes from the Atlantic Shore beaches and Atlantic City tourism district, one hour from Philadelphia, two hours from New York and 3 hours from Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
