About the  America's English Language School

  • Nomen Global Language Centers has been teaching ESL  since its inception in 1997.  It began as a school dedicated to helping international students (mostly on student F-1 VISAs) pass the TOEFL exam. The TOEFL exam is the entrance exam required of international students to obtain admission to a majority of American Universities. Thousands of students have attended Nomen Global Language Centers since 1997 and the passing rate of students taking the TOEFL exam has always been quite high. International students attending Nomen Global Language Centers on F-1 Student Visas are in the Gateway Program. Nomen Global Language Centers student body consists of students from countries all over the world, including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia,Mexico, Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Denmark, Thailand, China, Japan and Korea.

    to give students skills in all aspects of the English language – speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar and vocabulary. this program will set students on a path to achieve their goals.

    Benefit, Goal of this course :
    Matching every students English level in order to provide the best class and environment for students to study English. 

    Curriculum :
    Level 1 is designed for students who have had little exposure to the English language.Level 2 is designed for students who are able to handle basic communicative tasks in uncomplicated social or survival situations.Level 3 is designed for students who can use English adequately to complete simple, high-frequency tasks and are now ready to expand their communicative skills in less-familiar social contexts. Level 4 is designed for students who have attained sufficient English proficiency to function adequately in social and survival contexts and are now ready to begin refining those skills for use in academic or professional applications.Level 5 is designed for students who can communicate effectively in a variety of familiar and unfamiliar contexts and are prepared to begin working on advanced level tasks.

  • Provo is rated as one of the top 10 places to raise a family. Because Provo is one of the safest cities in the United States, students can be sent to study in Provo with far less apprehension than other larger cities.

    Provo is very affordable. The price of living and everyday costs, such as food and rent, are minimal when compared with major cities in the United States. Students who study in Provo are able to have rich cultural and social experiences. Two major universities are located in the immediate area. Because of the large amount of college age students in Provo, there are many recreational events targeted to students. Some examples include water parks, popular concerts, sporting events, museums, shopping malls, arcades and bowling, theatres, and dances.

    Provo is also located near 5 National Parks throughout Utah.
